Malaika Arora who is a close friend of Karisma was also seen arriving at the latter's residence. She was visibly emotional as she arrived at Karismas's house

On Thursday, Suhel took to his X, formerly Twitter, and wrote, “Deeply saddened at the passing of @sunjaykapur : he passed away earlier today in England: a terrible loss and deepest condolences to his family and to his colleagues @sonacomstar …Om Shanti”

On 29 September 2003, the two got married in a high-profile Sikh wedding ceremony at the actress’ ancestral home, Krishna Raj Bungalow, in Mumbai.
